Made appointment 3 months ahead of time for my son& the day before he called me and canceled. Dental assistant did the last work on my son and to date don't even know what he looks like. They told me "if he happens to come in, they'll call me...." what! I make arrangements to be off work and he just calls the day before!!??? Lacks professionalism& compassion.
