Physician is great , staff was helpful but needs to tighten it up a bit. Assistant prepped the right eye before I alerted them the procedure was for the left eye

Dr Desi is always sensitive to the individual. If you do have to wait a bit for her you know see is attending to others needs and that she will not short change you in response.

highly recommend. Staff well organized. Doctor is very informative. Time is not wasted . Will take advantage of new machine and eliminate having to have eyes dilated.

Dr. Desai, Betsy in scheduling, Dr. Gabriel, and the rest of the staff are unfailingly professional, warm, polite, and helpful. It is obvious from her results that Dr. Desai loves her work. I am thrilled with the optimal improvement In my vision and my life.

Today was a very good visit all the staff was friendly from the very beginning or at the front desk I had to serve short wait time because someone else was ahead of me on the staff coming to get me Carissa are very friendly cordial she did a good job with it the preliminary things that she had to do and then I saw the doctor at my eyes were dilated and she did a very good job she's always been impressed me as being very dedicated and knowing her job. She's a very good Dr.

I had a good experience and the techs were great, Doctor is great. Very good ,have no problem with anything. It was excellent.
