Very rude and unprofessional, left her office feeling demoralized. All she did was speak down to me and rather than try to remedy my issue, she wanted to feed me pills.

I had a skin problem. After seeing more than FIVE MassGen specialists, I finally went to Dr. Gupta, who is not a specialist-she only does internal medicine. She was able to figure out exactly what I had without any unnecessary tests and gave me homeopathic supplements at my request that greatly reduced my stress and helped me lose weight. I definitely will be recommending her to family and friends.

This was the worst visit I have ever had in a doctor's office. She was unprofessional and extremely unpleasant to work with. She was condescending and gave the impression that she was new to the medical field. I didn't feel like she cared about my medical history or the issues I am currently experiencing. I will not be returning to this office.

I saw the Dr last week, after waiting about 25mins for her to see me. Her nurse was very nice and helpful. I felt very rushed with Dr.Gupta. She left the room during my visit and answering her cell phone. I coud hear her yelling at someone on her cell phone about her tiles at home. She didn't ask about my past medical history. She ordered blood work and while getting my flu shot I overheard talking about how "stupid" all Masshealth patients were to some drug rep. I felt like she was very unprofessional and little information. I mean she showed me YouTube yoga videos to do for my back! I am calling the medical board on her

Visting Dr. Gupta's office was a very pleasant experience for me. She just recently opened this practice, so the office is newly renovated, freshly painted and extremely clean. Additionally, it allowed me to make an appointment at my convenience and she spent a long time talking with me personally.
