Love her!!! Dr. Wilkes always takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and she gives me thorough answers. She doesn't seem to be overzealous with unnecessary tests, but performs a thorough exam as needed. She's great with my little boy, even when he's super cranky because he's sick. It's easy to get a same day appointment for sick visits, but you have to schedule regular check-ups a couple of months out or pray that someone decides to cancel. We recently moved 40 min away from Savannah, but I still make the drive to see Dr. Wilkes when my child is sick because of the ease of getting appointments and I trust her judgment with my child's care.

This Doctor is not Good, Adria Wilkes did not care about the health of my daughter. She offered no tests, nothing, and she threatened me about going to the emergency room, what a nutjob she is! What country is this deranged female from? If your child is sick, go to the emergency room! This fool threatens her patients that choose to get prompt care!

I originally used Backus Children's Hospital at Memorial (now called Universtity Pediactrics) and I HATED them. I now use Pediatric Associates and use Dr. Wilkes. I love, love, love her! I never have to wait like I did at the other place. She is a dream come true and loves children (some pediatricians never smile and act like they don't like kids..so why did they choose that profession?) Dr. Wilkes always calls my daughter "princess" and plays with her and talks to her while doing the exams. She is very interactive, sweet, and knowledgeable! Love her!
