I never had to wait over 5 minutes for my appointment which was appreciated. I did not appreciate sitting in the chair and the first thing they do is push a sticky note at your face letting you know what you owe that day before anyone looks in your mouth. Very disappointed that they did not own up to a scheduling issue.

Dr Harrington is very concerned with the comfort of his patients for a truly painless experience. Dr. Harrington did my orthodontics over 20 years ago and my teeth still look great. He is very focused on doing denistry thoroughly and correctly.

When I called to make an appt. with Dr. Harrington I was told they were a provider of my ins. When I went for the appointment I verified my appt was covered 100% by my insurance. Now I get a bill in the mail for $78.00 that they say I owe because they are not a provider for my insurance. This is very bad business practices. I do not feel that I should have to pay due to them misleading their patients. I will not be going back to this office and I do NOT recomment Dr. Harrington.
