I wasn't an existing patient. I had a bridge that had come loose. They made me an appointment withing 24 hrs of my call and understood that I didn't need to go through the song and dance (that all other dentists/orthodontists seemed to require: exam, xrays, consultations and multiple visits just to have them eventually get around to addressing my loose bridge). I was in a time-crunch because I was moving out of the country in a few days. They really listened to what I needed. I arrived for my appointment and had an x-ray and the doctor was able to re-cement my bridge. In and out in less than an hour's time and all for the bargain price of $320. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I will be returning to Dr. Steele's office for future needs! Highly recommend!!
