Great Doc, have seen him for several years for a shoulder that he surgically repaired.
Have never had any problems with his office staff and found them to be very helpful.

One of the most uncaring doctors office in Frisco!! My daughter saw Dr. Diehl in February for a broken elbow. We again needed to see him for a possible broken foot. Unfortunately he was off that day and I was informed that she couldn't see another doctor in the office but could WAIT for him to return from an off day and she could come in another day!! Hard to believe a PROFESSIONAL doctors office in the US would allow a 13 year old to continue to suffer instead of allowing another doctor to see her.

My visits to Dr. Troy Diehl's office at Centennial hospital facility was one of my worst experiences ever at doctor's office. The staffs (the front desk ladies and nurses) were very rude and showed the attitude that they don't care about patients. The waiting long was extremely long (over 45 mins). My left knee was fractured and had meniscus tear. After office visit, no one from the office could take me to the car with wheel chair. So I had to walk all the way from the office at 3rd floor to the parking lot with my crutches. During my first visit, the nurse even gave me a pair of wrong size crutches. I never used crutches before and it was my friends who told me I need a different crutches with correct size. I had to go back to office once more to get a different pair of crutches. I requested X-ray record for myself and the office charged $10 for that. I don't trust the staffs, PAs and doctors at this office. Use different orthopedic doctor if you can. We are deserved to be treated better. I ended up using different doctor for my left knee.

I started seeing Dr. Deihl in August 2013, for knee that I had been treated for over the past 12 years. I had a total knee replacement in January, 2014, and I am very happy with the whole experience. He and his staff answered all my questions, they have promptly responded to all my calls. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an orthopaedic surgeon.

Dr Diehl and his staff are very nice and friendly. I broke my ankle this summer (2012) and he was the on call Dr at the hospital. He put me at ease about the surgery and has left me with 2 very nice scars that will fade well. He has a great bedside manor and spends a much time with you as you need. He listens and explains everything well. I broke my ankle last year too and liked the other Dr but I have more trust in Dr Diehl at this point. My ankle break was fairly significant and the recovery has been very difficult this time around, he practically reconstructed my ankle! Oh and his staff has made it a pleasure to go to my visits. Check in is easy as it the check out process. Everyone seems to love working there. The xray tech is great too! I HIGHLY recommend this Doctor.

The office staff is rude and lacks good customer service. They over charged me $245 and had no plans to return the money from their error. I called 6 times to request the refund in which they ingnored the request. I requested to speak to the office manager "Ann" who was rude in her response and admited that they don't do refunds for patients who have been overcharged unless it is requested and even then it could be up to a year. Customer service with this group is a zero. I highly recomend looking elsewhere for you healthcare.
