Excellent care given to my brother who was diagnosed with cancer that had spread. Very knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend him.

My husband has been diagnosed with Small Cell Lung Cancer. Dr. Colarusso and his staff have been wonderful. He has been very aggressive in his treatments, and his tumor has already shrunk 80% with chemo alone. Thanks to Dr. Colarusso and his quick actions in treating this, the cure rate on my husband has risen dramatically. I would DEFINITELY recommend this doctor!

My mother has Polycythemia vera and had this "doctor" treating her condition for nearly 2 years. The office visits were a total waste of time and money. We would always have to wait for over 2 hours to be seen. And when we were seen, we got less than 5 minutes with the doctor, sometimes less. He would say either that her blood test was ok or not and be sent on our way. Why couldn't the office call the test results to us the same way our cardiologist calls her Coumadin and PT? The waiting for appts. was getting out of hand. TO make things worse, my mother was in his office one afternoon, complained of being nauseated, lightheaded, and unwell. She began heaving and the doctor gave her a trash can filled with trash to vomit in; she was never given a basin. The doctor never did anything to evaluate her condition knowing she was just diagnosed with a-fib 4 weeks prior. She was sent home only to have a major stroke 3 hours later. I would tell you to avoid this doctor and his office period!!
