Bad doctor. Does not care about patients. Long wait. Horrible staff! Rude and unfriendly.

I am a Foster mother and have made numerous calls to the clinic for a refill on a rash ointment as the baby under my care easily gets them and the over the counter don't work for her. When ever I call they just give me the run around so I decided to go directly to get the prescription from the Dr. They scheduled me at 2:00 pm but I needed to put the ointmen as soon as possible as the baby has very sensative skin. Since they are not helping and all they say is to keep calling back. when I arrived to the clinic and spoke to "Croushi" (that's the name he gave me) and he saw me, he laughed and said "I told you not to come, I told you to calls us.". It is very frustrating to not been able to feel at ease with a Doctor's office, especially when you are dealing with Kid's health.

I've been with this doctor for a couple of years. I can't wait to switch doctor. The usually wait is at least 2 hours, at one time it was 4+ hours due to the office manager(Bruce;the brother of the doctor) wanting to take a cash patient first. Apparently, they make more money from a cash patient than a patient with insurance(?). Mary, the nurse is nice and knows what she's doing. I agree that the doctor doesn't spent enough time with her patients. My daughter was sick maybe a year or two ago and wasn't able to keep anything down and also had a high fever which lasted several days. All she told me was give her Gatorade and she'll be fine. Instead, I took her to the ER and found out that she had pneumonia.

Her staffs are terrible.Always have to call in for a reminder to request for an approve from insurance and still didn't get the job done.I'm so frustrated with them.Would not recommend.

Her staff is terrible, the nurse and her office manager. They don’t take appointment so when we got there at 4:30 PM, her office manager, actually her brother, refuse to see my son who was having fever with Motrin! What a family business!

usually a long waiting on the line but short time been with Doctor. Don't feel getting help much but just for Doctor's opinion of my child's condition...

i would go to this doctor for my daughters visit all the time! I dont like this doctor anymore!I use to go to her until i had my second daughter and the doctor had to come to the hospital to give my child a check-up because that is the only way they would release her since she was a newborn. The doctor came and she was in a bad mood and was treating my daughter like if she had germs or something! after that i never went back.

Flu shot supposed to be free but Office Manager refused to call and verify insurance coverage so I had to pay. Her office staff is TERRIBLE. I am so done with them.

Dr. Chan is a good doctor, but her office is awful. They used to have appointments, but you'd have to wait an hour to see the doctor at least. Now there are no appointments anymore and only walk-ins, and you can wait on average two hours. The staff is awful, especially Bruce the office manager. He is always trying to get your money and giving you the runaround on insurance questions in order to get your money. Once I had to wait 2 hours in the office waiting with my baby , waiting for him to call to verify insurance. The office equipment and facility are old and dirty. Dont' go here.
