I saw Dr.Chang at the Providence VA Medical Center for diabetes related neuropathy.Dr.Chang was extremely pleasant and thorough.She didn't have much good news for me because the condition is irreversible and progressive,but she was able to help me in other ways-she prescribed a drug(which works)to lessen the symptoms and got the paperwork for a disabled parking placard done immediately-she took more time than the VA allotted for the apointment because she was more interested in providing quality medical care than watching a clock.I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone with a problem in her speciality.The punctuality rating reflects that she spends adequate time with patients-good care takes time.
