Dr. DECONINCK is a wonderful dentist. I have had only the best experiences at his office.

I rated this office as low as possible because they are not looking out for the best interests of their patients. My appointment at their office was scheduled by referral weeks in advance for only a consult and they had my information and did not bother to check anything for me. They told me I was covered and there was not a charge for the xrays. After I saw the doctor they checked my insurance and told me my visit was not covered! So not only did they charge me $150.00 for the consult but $50 was a charge from the xrays (that they said was no fee)! It was very upsetting when you don't have that kind of money. I would have been happy to call the insurance myself if they would have told me. What do those ladys do when you check in at the counter?? besides call your name and take your money!
