My treatment was the Blue Light laser directed at my forehead. It is a 3 hour procedure of which 2:45 hrs is prep time. The 15 minutes at the end was torture. Felt like my head was about to catch on fire. I cannot thank Carrie enough for her help and support the entire time. She never left my side and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, given the circumstances. Prior to beginning the process I had tons of questions, some of which I repeated numerous times for clarification. Carrie just stopped whatever she was concentrating on and quietly listened intently to my silly questions and very patiently answered them for the 40th time. Obviously I was a little nervous and she recognized it. Very, very good bedside manners. So, the bottom line is if you are ever have to go into a torture chamber, have Carrie by your side.

I've been a patient of Dr Bukaty for 20 years now. She has been the best for me in diagnosing and treating my various skin problems. She always has time for me and I never feel she's rushing. Helping make her a great Dr. is Carrie the Office Manager and Dr Bukaty's assistant. Carrie keeps everything running timely and efficient. She's a valuable asset in the practice. They make a great team together and I could never imagine going to any other Dr.

Dr. Bukaty has always been professional and thorough during all office visits. I have been a patient for over 15 years. She has always been careful and attentive to my concerns. Recently she performed a biopsy and a followup MOHS procedure, which was absolutely painless. I highly recommend her office for any dermatology needs.

The office staff is the best, I being a physician myself recognice the importance of how the office is ran. Dr.Bukaty is wonderful and always takes care of all my needs over and beyond. I have moved to Texas and still come every 6 months to see Dr.Bukaty there is not another Dermatoloist would trust with my skin. I just had my pre-cancerous spots treated by Carrie with the Blue lite treatment she was professional, comforting and caring making the process easier. I have referred friends and family to Dr.Bukaty I highly recommend her.

Dr. Bukaty provided an efficient, thorough, accurate exam and procedure in a pleasant and personable manner. Staff were also helpful and friendly. Being aware I was visiting outside my HMO plan, they were reasonable and explained upfront what my fees would be.

I have been seeing Dr. Bukaty for quite a few years now for yearly skin checks and the occasional removal of something questionable. The office staff is always very pleasant and I've never experienced a long wait in the waiting room. Appointments are easy to get within a week or so usually. Dr. Bukaty is very thorough and very gentle. She can biopsy or remove a spot virtually painlessly. I was quite nervous about having moles and things removed before I came to her, and now I'm not nervous at all because I know how easy and pain free she does it!

Dr. Bukaty and staff are always professional, helpful and kind. Making appointments is simple and easy. The staff actually treats you like you are a person and they engage with you. Dr. Bukaty is knowledgeable and also easy to talk with regarding concerns and questions. She gives information clearly and factually. I had a small cancer growth on my face and she made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. I got a bit lightheaded (which is normal for me) . There was no judgement, she totally understood. Dr. Bukaty has also suggested procedures to me over the years and is never pushy with them and gives great information so I can decide for myself. I am currently having a Blue Light treatment to pull out precancerous cells with a Foto facial (which is cosmetic) to help with damage sunspots. Carrie is the nurse working with me on the Blue Light procedure. She has been professional and warm. She is constantly checking on me and engaging with me to make sure I am doing ok. She is the best! Jenieve is the salt of the earth and has been my go to for appointments and follow up questions. I have had nothing but a great experience at Dr. Bukaty's office!

I have been seeing Dr. Bukaty for 3 yrs now. Since I had my 1st Melanoma in 1987 I was advised to see a dermatologist every 6 months. So when I knew I was moving from Northern California to Southern California I went to see my old dermatologist before I left because I figured it might take me 6 months to find a new dermatologist, However upon moving to S.california I had a problem on 1 of my arms. I asked my realtor if she knew a dermatologist in the area. So I came to Dr. Bukaty for the first time only 1 month after seeing my former dermatologist and Dr.Bukaty quickly discovered I had a 2nd MM which lucky she discovered, so I had to have surgery, I was very fortunate she found it early. Im a very loyal patient of Dr.Bukaty and if any ask me for a referral for a dermatologist I never hesitate to give Dr.Bukaty.
