Pretty good staff, although the first time we went they gave my kids a bunch of shots BEFORE the appointment, so they were both really upset when the Dr. was trying to do their exams. I like the doctors A LOT, but I just can't get over the wait time. Of the 5-10 times I've been there, only once have I seen the doctor within 40 minutes of arriving. There have been times that it was over an hour before we even saw her, and the kids got really anxious.

I enjoy Dr. Parsi alot, I just hate the wait, when you schedule an appointment after 10AM expect to be there until about 1PM or 2Pm.

Used to be a great place. Now they have very restrictive hours and you pretty much cannot get in without an appointment. We used to see Dr Parsi herself but now just end up seeing her associates. They have also moved to referring most things to specialists and don't handle much beyond whats common in house. You will wait a very long time even with appointments as they are terrible at keeping on schedule. I have had the first appointment still waited over an hour to be seen. A couple of years ago I would have recommended this doctor but now I am seeking a new one myself.

They usually are always extremely late seeing you. You'll get called back quickly, but left in the room waiting for what seems like forever. Great service otherwise though.

My family and I swear by Dr. Parsi! I come from a family of doctors, I work with doctors on a daily basis, and am extremely picky about them. However, I really trust Dr. Parsi. She is an award-winning Dr., she's extremely smart, and truly cares about the patient's and their family. She even takes the time to cuddle my son after an exam! All of her patients that I know and all the Dr.'s that know her rave about her!!!

I think potential patients should know that the office staff is very poor at this office. They claim to make appointments and then a patient shows up or calls and is told that they did not have a appointment. This is just basic carelessness and poor practice. I do not know of any other doctor's office that would schedule a patient on a week that the doctor is on vacation and then claim they did not do that. I caution potential patients not to go to this doctor's office as the office staff and office manager are very poor.

I have been with Dr. Parsi for over 8 years and I have recruited at least 7-8 other families to use her as well. Before her, I had been through at least 9-10 pediatricians and was disgusted with the profession in general. She turned everything around. And although her practiced has practically quadrupled in the time that I have seen her, her mannerism, professionalism, and overall concern for her children has remained the same. I work in the medical field and it is rare to find a doctor anymore that will genuinely give ALL their attention to whoever they are seeing at the time. I should also mention that she is phenomenal when it comes to children. She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. She will never cut you off, push anything on you, space out, short change your children, or make you feel insignificant. She is one in a million! If you are lucky enough to become part of her family while she is still seeing new patients, do it!!!

DR. PARSI IS AN AWESOME DOCTOR, BUT MY SON HAD TO BE ADMITTED TO THE METHODIST CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL AND WE FOUND OUT THEN, THAT DR. PARSI DOES NOT SEE HER PATIENTS AT THE HOSPITAL. THEY ARE SEEN BY ONE OF SEVERAL HOSPITAL INTERNIST WHO DO NOT KNOW YOUR CHILD AND THE ONE WE DEALT WITH, DR. KELLY SPENCE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND MORE IMPORTANTLY- INCOMPETENT. SHE DISCHARGED OUR SON FROM THE HOSPITAL AGAINST DR. PARSI'S WISHES AND AFTER WE PLEADED WITH HER TO LET HIM STAY TO MAKE SURE HE WAS BETTER. SHE ACTUALLY ASKED US IF WE WERE GOING TO PAY FOR ANOTHER NIGHT! WHEN WE SAID OF COURSE WE WERE, SHE SAID NO, YOUR INSURANCE IS GOING TO PAY FOR IT. SHE LITERALLY PUT HIS LIFE IN DANGER BY DISCHARGING HIM WHEN HE WAS STILL LETHARGIC AND NOT DRINKING FLUIDS. WE WERE AT HER MERCY. ONCE DR. PARSI ADMITS YOUR CHILD, WE WERE TOLD SHE HAS NO SAY IN HIS CARE. THIS IS A RIDICULOUS POLICY AND HAS MADE US RECONSIDER HER AS OUR PEDIATRICIAN.
