Best doctor around for comprehensive compassionate treatment. Runs late as a result, and the staff isn't very nice.

I've been seeing Dr. Brumbaugh for over 15 years, but have decided to look for a new doctor. Her staff is often extremely unhelpful (more often than not) and very slapdash about their work. The Dr. prescribed a medicine for my husband that was condtraindicated for at least 3 reasons, she seems to want you to come in repeatedly, just to get refils for thyroid medication. Couldn't get a refil for more than 2 weeks when I'm not due for my exam for months. Many, many additional things too numerous to mention here. I would not recommend this doctor.

The office makes you come in 15 minutes early, but the doctor keeps you waiting over 30 minutes. Finally had to go to a specialist to diagnose a problem they couldn't. They make you sign a paper saying you will pay NO MATTER WHAT. Meaning if they screw up billing, which they have done to me, you have to pay for their mistake. UNPROFESSIONAL

Prescribed medication I was allergic to, even though listed as allergic to it in my chart. Refused to help when I was in an accident.
