I have been using Dr. Forward as my Primary Care Phys for about 3 years. Last year I left several messages with his staff asking him to call me due to some concerns I had. After never hearing back from him, I asked him about it during my last (and LAST) yearly checkup. His response to me was "I'm not going to call you, I don't get paid to make phone calls." This level (or lack of) caring was highly disturbing. All other family members' doctors do not hesitate to call. I am done with Dr. Forward....
