I'm very disappointed. His assistant during my root canal was very unsympathetic and actually rude. His new front desk staff is very rude too. Treatment didn't work and now they're saying it'll be even more to re-treat. Better endodonists re-treat for free. If you have dental anxiety, do not go here. I was visibly upset before the procedure and rudely denied gas or a sedative. Very confused about why this turned into such a bad experience down to today when I called to inquired about retreatment and had to chat with an ill-spoken, impatient secretary.
