Dr. Brown has proven to be extraordinarily helpful and quite honestly, I didn't believe she would be. Her staff (sans her personal nurse) are the most horrid, obtuse, unintelligent bunch of women I've EVER had the misfortune of interacting with. It starts with the illiterate receptionist and extends to the morbidly unwise "nurse" - the fact that she's old and white haired can produce a misconception of wisdom, yet you only need to hear her speak for a mere few minutes before you realize that she is either extremely under-educated or sadly imprudent. Even the most benign tasks are inconceivably difficult for this group. I had to ask the doctor herself to push the button for a refill for my asthmatic son. Dr. Brown did so with understanding and grace; completely contrite regarding the antics of her staff, adding enough refils so that I wouldn't have to deal with them again. For which I am ETERNALLY GRATEFUL.
