This was the most incompetent "doctor" I've ever had in my life, he should not be licensed. I had to have two wisdom teeth and three other teeth removed. First off, he did the surgery without doing an xray even though my insurance would've covered one. He didn't want to spend more than 5 minutes explaining anything. By that point, even before the surgery I was having doubts but I was in so much pain and my husband was really insistent that I should listen to him because he's a doctor, boy do I wish I hadn't. The weekend before my surgery I had a lot of stomach issues with the antibiotics he gave so on Monday, the day of my surgery when we got there I told him I wasn't able to take all the antibiotics but he didn't care, he just wanted his money so he said let's go on with the surgery anyway. So he does his thing and gives me the medication to make me go to sleep without even telling me he's going to give it. Then he lays me back and starts getting stuff together, then tells me to open my mouth. I was like, "WHAT?! I'm not asleep!." This "doctor" ended up having two of his staff hold me down while he pulled 3 teeth and cut out 2 of my wisdom teeth, I was completely and totally awake for all 5 of them. My husband could hear me screaming, "I'm still awake! I'm still awake! STOP, STOP!!!!" all the way from the lobby! He said it sounded like I was being murdered. It was so bad he even contemplated forcing his way back there to stop the surgery himself. Now, eleven day later I'm having complications, what a shocker. We plan to talk to a lawyer. I felt so violated. "No" definitely doesn't mean no to this man. To me he's no better than any other man forcing themselves on someone, he just does it with a licence cause that's certain what it felt like with me screaming no and him going on about his business anyway. He even acted aggravated, like it was MY fault for not going to sleep! The only difference is he's in in for the money. Oh and then when we went back for my check up (which I did NOT want to go to but knew I had no choice if we plan on suing) we had to sit there for almost an hour! Seriously, this guy is no better than some back ally chop shop. BEWARE, DO NOT GO TO HIM!

I went to Dr Kamelchuck for some oral surgery as I had a lump under the skin below my incisors. During the procedure, I awoke from the anesthesia in the middle of the procedure with the Doctor saying "F@*&" and then I could feel the remainder of my surgery. The surgery did not go as I had hoped and I could feel him suture the bottom of my mouth. I have a great deal of scar tissue under my tongue. He stated to his staff to cancel the rest of his appointments. During the post-procedure, he told me that my surgery would heal as all oral surgery will. The recovery was very painful and I was told that it would only take a couple of days. It took about a month for it to heal. I still have pain from the surgery on the bottom of my mouth to this day. The surgery was performed four years ago.
