As a nurse, I expect a lot from my doctors. Dr. Chou was very informative and helpful and answered questions that I had. I had an overall good experience with her and her staff.

When I first started seeing Dr. Chou, she was very nice and helpful. However, over the course of the seven years or so I have been seeing her, her service has declined. She will often say, "Let me Google that," when I bring up a health issue. Doc, if I wanted the issue Googled, I do it myself. The last time I saw her, I was having stomach discomfort and nausea that lasted more than two weeks. I had to tell her that I would not leave the office voluntarily until I recieved an order to have some type of test done to find out what the issue was. She finally, very begrudgingly, ordered an abdominal CT scan. The scan showed that I had stones in my left kidney. I plan to switch to a different doctor as soon as I am able.
