Extremely poor service at optical gallery arizona. The Dr. and his staff are unable to provide a moderate level of customer service. Reviews on other social sites demonstrate his inability to cope with constructive feedback. Its somewhat sad.

Wonderful experience here. Doctor was nice and very patient. Great selection of frames as well.

The doctor hardly spent anytime with me. On my second visit he barely spent 3 minutes with me. On my first visit the receptionist said the follow up visit in one week was no charge, ended up costing me $40.00. She failed to tell me that only the field test was free but the time with the doctor was not, 3 minutes with the doctor, only to tell me the same thing he did the previous week.

Dr. Lampert was good. Helped me out in an emergency situation. I will be back.
