Dr. Weisman is patient, diligent and has compassion. He works me into his schedule when I experience major flare ups of my psoriatic arthritis and allowed me for years to try alternative methods for treating my symptoms - I never felt like he was pushing drugs on me. When the pain got so bad that I had difficulty getting out of bed he helped find the right treatment for me.

I have to strongly disagree with the previous bad review of Dr. Weisman. He sees patients for complicated rheumatologic disorders which, by nature, are very difficult to diagnose. Many of these disorders take many expensive tests and multiple visits over years to diagnose. He has treated my sibling and I for inflammatory disorders. Over years, he has shown patience and diligence, a caring bedside manner, and has made time in his schedule to squeeze both of us in to see him when our symptoms flare up (as these disorders tend to do). I sympathize with the person who reviewed Dr. W and was not able to gain a satisfactory diagnosis, but to recommend that this field of medicine is not exact and - from a scientific research side of things - little is really understood about the etiology of arthritis and other inflammatory disorders.
