I do not know how this woman has a license. She brushed aside what I told her about my medical history, and did not want to answer questions. She is completely rude. She made a mistake giving her assistant instructions, and when the assistant repeated them back, Tanzi got snotty. I knew the assistant had them correct because she said exactly what I heard. Tanzi thinks she knows everything. One week, after I told her I was not numb, she began drilling anyway. She hit a nerve, and did not care. I did not want to go back the next week, but thought I’d have a hard time finding a dr who would finish a root canal that was halfway done. The second week, Dr. Tanzi introduced herself, not knowing I had seen her A week prior. She was totally unprepared! A dr should review records before going into the room where the patient is. I started to explain what happened, and that I needed more medicine. She again ignored what I was trying to tell her. When I told her I could feel everything, she dabbed a Q-tip on the area, then continued. I could not talk because she was in my mouth. Dr. Tanzi then drilled into my bone! Since I was not properly medicated, due to Dr. Tanzi’s incompetence, I felt the drill go into my bone. I have been told by multiple doctor’s I tolerate pain that others cannot, but I certainly felt this pain! I would not send my worst enemy to this woman.

The procedure for my 84 year old Mother was a Root Canel. My mother hates needles, and Dr. Tanzi's Assistent, Clara, reasured us Dr. Tanzi was very sensative towards making her procedures pain-free. She was right -- my mother marveled that she felt NO PAIN from anything at all. She is extremely pleased with Clara and Dr. Tanzi and would recommend them to anyone she knows. The only weak spot was the receptionist was not particularly responsive, and when I called specifically seeking reassurance about exactly how Dr. Tanzi would administer the novacane, the receptionist mostly brushed me off. She is just not much of a people person. Clara and Dr. Tanzi were wonderful, and very responsive to our concerns.
