I very much like Dr. Altuglu and the whole practice. It does feel a bit like a factory there with long waits and even though Dr. Altuglu is the physicial for my entire family, she doesn't seem to remember who we when we are there for another family members appointment. However she is kind and thorough and professional and I feel her good attributes far outweigh the minor negative things.

I have the upmost respect for Dr. Altiglu, I think she is very personable, and she also has heart. She doesn't leave a rock untured when it comes to helping with my medical decisions. I will aleays go to her for all my medical needs.

I was referred to Dr. Altuglu about 6 years ago when other doctors could not help or diagnose me. She diagnosed and treated me like no other. My whole family now goes to her, she is a god send.

Office is consistently slow. Usual wait is 20-30 minutes. About average for doctors, unfortunately. Dr. Altuglu is very knowledgeable but she doesn't explain things as well as I'd like sometimes so ask questions.

Dr. Altuglu is an excellent family physician. She has been our family physician for 3 years. When I first went to Dr. Altuglu, she diagnosed and treated a problem I had had for years. My previous doctors had never taken the time to find the cause or the cure. She is knowlegeable and doesn't hesitate to refer her paitients for further care. She truly cares about her patients. She has a sense of humor and is kind. She is comforting when she has to give you bad news. I would and have highly recommended Dr. Altuglu to anyone who wants a thorough and knowledeable doctor. I am 64 years old and have never had a better doctor.

She was very arrogant. tried to treat me for diseases I didn't have. When I didn't follow her treatment reccomendations for disease I didn't actually have, she had her Physicians Network drop me as a patient. When I tried several times to obtain specific details for being dropped, she unceremoniously blew me off. Difficult to reach for prescription renewals. I went to her for several years and never had a physical examination- blood pressure and stephoscope was it. She also sent me to have high-priced blood work done that was even deemed to be ov er-priced by the insurance company. I would advise any prospective patients to be treated by a vet before they went to Dr. Altuglu
