Dr. Helen Lichtman is a caring listener who has a lot to offer. She was very effective at teaching me cognitive behavioral techniques to deal with debilitating anxiety and helping me get back to work.  She also tested my nephew when he was in second grade and found that he has learning disabilities and ADHD. Her reports and consultations were very helpful in getting special education for him at his school. I would recommend her for both adults and children.

Dr. Lichtman diagnosed our son's learning disability accurately and helped us work with his school and teachers to ensure that we provided him support that would facilitate his learning. We have been very appreciative of Dr. Lichtman's work with our son.
