This DO is interested primarily in meeting metrics to get patients discharged quickly. Makes judgments based on metrics and norms rather than individual patient needs and histories. Does not listen to concerns or information from patients or their representatives. Quickly becomes defensive if questions are raised about her care recommendations, especially those that are not based on any immediate patient needs but serve her interest in getting a patient discharged to a rehab or nursing facility.
