I have never encountered a doctor who is as thorough as Dr. Lerner. He never quits on a diagnosis. He is one of the few doctors who sees his patients in the hospital. Lastly I will close by saying he saved my life on more than one occasion.

he is excellent at what he does, he sends you to the best if its not his specialty, and if you go to the hosp. he is there without fail everyday and is highly regarded by all other professionals I have talked to, he has been my internest for at least 10 years and I hate to think of him retiring. The wait is long but he gives you the same consideration that he gives eveyone when it is your turn. I am not happy with the attitude of his front desk people since Denice left. to sum this up Dr.Lerner is a brilliant, kind man who grew up in and era where good manners and kindness go hand in hand.

THis doctor saved my life. No other doctors were able to find out what was wrong. He Did! Send to specialist when needed. Very Through. Staff could be friendlier, a bit aloof. Wait time is long, but worth it.

Rather curt and unwilling to answer questions. A very "take it or leave it" approach and doesn't like it if you ask for more information regarding a treatment. Staff very helpful and friendly, the doctor touts his treatments as "novel" but in reality many other docs have been using the same approach for just as long. I found his website a bit misleading.

Dr Lerner is one of the smartest, kindest doctors I have visited. BUT (this isn't a reflection on him per say) be prepared to burn about 2 hours in the waiting room. 1 hour if you are lucky. That is for a scheduled appointment. The wait time from hell is the only negative. Dr Lerner listens to you, spends more than enough time for the exams (which is probably why the wait time is so long ;) Bring your ipod and a good book.

One of the best beside manners I have ever seen. Excellent at getting to the bottom of a problem, even a very difficult health issue.
