Did not provide great care, after worsening my teeth and not listening to my concerns I need braces again.

Office never answers there phone or responds to messages. In five years Dr Butts has never given me an explanation of what she is doing and why and when I asked she gives incredible attitude. Both the receptionist and orthodontist have been verbally rude to my daughter. My daughter has a 1/8" gap in her front tooth after five years of braces and it has yet to be fixed. She placed blame on my daughter for the gap. How does a teenager make a gap in her teeth when she has fixed braces on her teeth - seriously rude and unprofessional office.

Heidi and staff were great. No wait time. In and out quickly. Answered all of my daughter's questions about her new braces. She is the best.
