By far the worst doctor I have ever had. He has poor communication skills and a non caring attitude. When I informed him that I would be filing a social security claim he said that I would be denied without even knowing of my military disabilities. Since diagnosing me with scleroderma in January 2018 he has not given me any information on what to expect or treatment.

Was referred to him by PCP for further lab testing for possible Lymes. Doctor took one look at my 21 yr old daughter and told her she looked like a normal healthy adult and he was not going to do anymore labs. Never made eye contact with my daughter, but of course took her money. Went to another doctor who actually listened to my daughter and sure enough she ended up being diagnosed with Lymes. How can any healthcare professional run a practice with such practice. Very unethical and unprofessional!!

Best doctor ever. He's been my doctor for over 10 years for RA. Not much of a talker but is thorough. Friendly when you get to know him.

Dr Sullivan acts ad if I am bothering him by asking questions about my own body. He also has very little knowledge when you ask him medical question he just simply said '"i dont know" and dismisses you as if you never asked a question and on to the next statement that he wants to make. I would not recommend to anyone

Great doctor! I am a hard case to help. But Dr. Sullivan (Neil) has helped me more then other RA doctors.

No feeling what so ever when it came to how i felt. didn't asked any questions about how i was doing with the pain. he just seemed uncaring. staff didn't inform me that he would be leaving due to his medical condition. so who was i going to see now? the doctor didn't help nor the staff in that regard. I'm going back to my old R.A. doctor who is very far from me. at least i will get better care there.

This is the most evasive physician I have ever met. He asked lots of questions without offering any information himself. By the time he was finished with his redundant set of questions, time was up. He refused to return my phone calls so I never had a chance to ask questions. He ordered numerous tests without taking time to explain why they were important He was quick to report the numbers, but he was absolutely inaccessible to discuss what the meaning of my results.

Waited 2.5 hours to see him. He was very condescending and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I'm not even sure if he was listening half the time. Made fun of me for bringing in a list of symptoms and question. When I asked him about certain symptoms he said, "that could be a hundred things", and stopped at that.. no explanations. Obviously he doesn't want to be bothered with patient concerns. Diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia in one visit and never even checked the "tender points." I don't feel he was very thorough in my exam or in the explanation/information on my diagnosis. All the information I have so far came from my own research and my PCM. I would not recommend him to anyone.

This guy needs to get off his high horse. He looks down his nose at me and acts like I'm wasting his time. If you have gout, stay away... I dont think he knows anything about it!
