My sister had Dr. Richter do a eye exam and he gave her the wrong prescription. When she went back, she was told that she shouldn't argue with a doctor, they won't get along and that he didn't want to hear what she had to say. When it turned out she was right, he got angry with her and threw her out of the office. The front desk personnel were very helpful but Dr. Richter is AWFUL and RUDE. Do NOT go see him.
