Dr. Rinato is the gynecologist from Hell. Should you have a serious problem, rather than call you she delegates it to her nurse, who is unable to answer key questions and is insensitive and cold. And btw, the whole staff is like that too. Further, I asked numerous times for a drug recommendation and no one ever got back to me. This was for an important issue. You decide if you want to consult with this doctor but beware--it could be the last decision you ever make!

If you don't mind unprofessionalism, HIPPA violations, and doctor incompetency, then Dr. Rinato is your Doctor! If you don't mind cigarette smoke, then you will enjoy entering the office walking past the chain smoking Rinato staff. If you don't mind thin walls and listening to staff and Dr. Rinato talk about you, then this is the practice for you.
