Dr. Lowry is great. He's very patient and understanding. He listens to everything and is genuinely interested in what you are saying. He's great at explaining all of your test results and any suggestions he may have regarding your well being. He always takes as much time as necessary to talk to you and doesn't try and rush out like other doctors because he actually cares about you the patient rather than the money he can make by rushing through everyone. The staff at pine street is also great and very kind. You always get an appointment that day if your sick and there is always someone returning your call after hours if it's important or as soon as they open the next day if it isn't urgent.When you call during normal operating hours the staff always answers your call, never a machine or operator. I would highly recommend Dr. Lowry and Pine Street Family Practice to anyone looking for amazing doctors and great staff!

Office staff not very understanding.
