Phillip Yates has acted extremely biased and unprofessional in working with my child and the divorce litigation involved. He only provides complete information to the parent who is paying him which is against family law. He has rendered comments and judgements to my child and litigation parties based on unsubstantial hearsay from paying parent. He fails to respond to email information from the non paying parent about the welfare of the child. Yates has disregarded information my child has told him about the parent who he has an issue with only to cast blame for my child's attitude solely on the non paying parent. My child is unhappy with his treatment with Mr. Yates as Yates doesn't listen to him and what the real issue is concerning the problem. Mr. Yates appears to be loyal to the one who is paying him instead of being concerned with effective counseling which should be focused on true understanding in a non judgmental and unbiased atmosphere.
