Dr. Baugh has been our family's dentist for over 15 years. His whole office is friendly and makes you feel important and comfortable. I drive 40 minutes to see him, because of how he makes us feel. Personally, I am terrified of the needle. Dr. Baugh has his assistant use a procedure of spraying water onto the injection site which causes a "pressure feeling". By the time time you realize that there is a needle in there, it is over and there is no pain or stress. It also keeps that nasty taste out of your mouth. His staff are all competent and warm, friendly. They genuinely care about the patients. We have never had issues with our bill or scheduling. Dr. Baugh has several different dentists that work in the office which all are willing to step in on emergencies. He has always given a little "extra" and it has made all the difference.
