Twelve years ago I was experiencing severe foot pain so I made an appointment with Dr. Szalach. His quick diagnosis and treatment proved to be accurate and my pain was gone - permanently. Recently, I was having foot pain (much different from before) so after limping around for 3 weeks, I decided to go to Immediate care. They took x-rays but couldn't seem to figure out what the issue was so they recommended I see a Podiatrist. Because Dr. Szalach was so helpful years earlier I took the x-rays
of my foot to him. He was able to immediately spot the problem and begin treatment. Both of my experiences with Dr. Szalach have been wonderful. I was able to get in to see him immediately, appointment times are accurate, he listens, he is knowledgeable and he helps. I highly recommend Dr. Szalach!

My first visit to a podiatrist. I must agree with one of the other reviewers that my first impression was the "run-down" appearance of his office. I was actually a bit hesitant to go in, thinking that it might be a reflection on the quality of treatment that I was seeking. I'm glad I went in! The doctor was GREAT! He was personable, knowledgeable and explained in great detail what his findings were and what the course of treatment would be. After some minor "in-office" surgery, and one follow up visit, the condition was remedied. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Szalach for anyone looking for a good podiatrist.

I've never seen a podiatrist before so I didn't know what to expect. The exterior of the building (a converted house) is not much to look at and the office is rather drab, so I was a bit apprehensive. Upon meeting with the doctor he seemed to be first-rate. He really took a lot of time to carefully diagnose the problem, explain his findings, and then proceeded with a small, in-office, surgical procedure. I concluded my treatment with up with a follow up visit and would certainly recommend him highly. If I need a podiatrist in the future, I would not hesitate to call him again.
