Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Very disappointed. Dr. Henzel is nice, but her office has canceled/rescheduled two appt.s for my daughter that I requested time off for, and I missed her actual appointment due to not being to get time off. It can easily take a week of more for this office to return your call, and we've waited almost an hour and a half to be seen for our appointment.
