Similar experience to the previous commenter - treatment was rushed and as a result the quality was sub-standard resulting in a prolonged treatment period and had to go to another dentist to fix the failed root canal.

Dr. Chao and her staff are very nice and friendly. However, she is the only dentist there and often rushes operations to get to all her other clients. She rushed through my fillings, and when I got home I couldn't chew afterwards because she made my teeth too tall! I had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. Additionally, I had an appointment, yet I still had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes before I was serviced. She's very cheerful, but she's much too busy to do a quality job!
