I have never felt less listened to or had less confidence in a medical team. My son was born with some skin issues... I didn't know what we were dealing with, but as the weeks went on, it got worse. She kept saying it was heat rash or eczema. Told me to give him 2 baths a day in as warm of water that he would tolerate and let him soak for as long as he would tolerate. She then said to slather him with a water based lotion multiple times a day. After 2 months of doing this (against my own feelings that this was incorrect), his skin got significantly worse. He was miserable. I then took him to a walk-in pediatrics clinic and the doctor there confirmed that it was, in fact, severe eczema but was confused as to why Dr. Templen would recommend treatments that are exactly OPPOSITE of what you would do for one with eczema. Took the recommendations of the walk-in clinic MD and his eczema improved significantly over a weeks time.

Also, I called to speak with Dr. Templen's nurse as my son had had exposure to peanuts and was having an allergic reaction. Called to find out the appropriate dosage for his weight for Benadryl and if there was anything else I needed to do. Called at 10:43 am and was told I could only leave a message with the receptionist for Dr. Templen's nurse as "high priority" and I would receive a call back when they "had time". Got a call back from the nurse at 12:32pm (almost 2 hours later?!) to clarify what I was asking for... and was told that she would speak with Dr. Templen and call me back with a Benadryl dosage. Did not receive a call back with the dosage until 2:25pm (again almost 2 hours later?!). I have never felt so little confidence in a medical team and needless to say, we won't be returning with my boys again.
