I spent from the time i first received a tick bite at age 13 till i was 27 going from DR to DR trying different treatments for my Lyme disease and couldn't get lasting results. For 3 years Dr. Robert Mozayeni worked with me and found an underlying tic born infection that was not publicly known that was preventing me from getting rid of my lyme babesia and bartonella infections. after it was discovered within starting the treatment for this "New" Protozoa infection in 4 months using the same antibiotics i had been using for 16 years plus the rather simple treatment for the "new" infection all my infections were gone. we did repeat blood tests and i came back clear of infections permanently. that was 5 years ago, most knowledgeable DR specializing in tic born infections i ever came across in 17 years of fighting 4 tic born infections. i Highly recommend him.

He is expensive but not out of line with any other specialist in his field. I think the worst part is the insurance companies lack of coverage for lyme and co -infections. I have been to about 13-14 specialists and he is the most knowledgeable

Dr. M. may be the country's foremost bartonella expert, but he was no help to me! For $600 he spent 48 minutes telling me all the great things he could do if I just came in to the office rather than talking by phone. His staff had not mentioned that he would not give medical advice over the phone (so why take my money? I was not that eager for an infomercial.) If he had read the extensive history I spent so much time filling out, he would have seen that travel is not possible for me due to chemical sensitivities. I was only able to get my money back by disputing the charge with my credit card company - the staff would not refund it when I told the what had happened.

I spent 30 years trying to find an accurate diagnosis for my multiple symptoms. Dr. Mozayeni figured it out and then cured me of Bartonella. We are still working on another disease that, at this time, is incurable, but he is helping me manage it better than ever. I have my life back thanks to him. If you can't figure out what's wrong, make an appt. He will figure it out! And then he will figure out how to treat it appropriately.

He is awful... If you go to him expect to be mistreated and to be overcharged. He has so many ridiculous rules where he benfits finanacially if you have a life other than going monthly to his required monthly visits at 390.00 a pop- totalling about 4,800 a year out of your personal pocket- because no insurace accepted unless you get an overpayment and then you give it back to him. Bizaare. He misdisagoses and overcharges and speaks negatively about other patients behind their back. Since switched to a better doctor and got correctly diagnosed and now instead of monthly endless appointments- am being effectively medically treated.

Dr. Mozayeni cured me after numerous highly rated specialist physicians had given up. Dr. Mozayeni succeeded because his medical knowledge base is far broader than that of a typical specialist; he considered all aspects of my challenge; and, he stuck with me until he found a solution. He managed my tricky situation very carefully, offering treatments that ultimately cured me (without the awful side effects I'd gotten under the care of other physicians.) My family and friends were amazed and delighted that I'd found a doctor who had not only brought me back from the brink, but healed me to the point that I could live my life normally again. A few joked that I'd found House (the TV doctor.) Yup. He is THAT good, but unlike House, Dr. Mozayeni is super-compassionate, respectful, welcoming and warm.
