Clearly didn't look at chart before he came into the room because he asked unnecessary questions. I could barely understand what he was saying and he made very little eye contact. Very rude and did not seem to care about the patient. Most of staff was rude as well, never making eye contact and talked in a condescending tone. Poor communication between the staff and doctor as well.

I found Dr. Krauss & his staff to be very helpful. He answered all of my questions regarding my thyroid issues.

Dr. Krauss is a man of few words, but if you ask him questions, you'll get answers, especially if you go prepared. He has been rated a "Top Doc" by Rhode Island Monthly many times. I credit him with helping me to get my diabetes under good control. Things in his office can get a bit hectic in the late afternoon. Better to get a morning appointment if possible.
