The other review couldn't have said it better! She is strictly by Kaiser flowchart book. She has a disturbing bedside manner. Her treatment is for what is in the best interest of herself and Kaiser.

If you are looking for a doctor that cares about the patient more than what Kaiser dictates, then look for another oncologist. Kaiser dictates what their doctors can do and this is not always in the best interest of the patient. While this may not be a reflection of Dr. Ivanhov directly, she is also not willing to help you seek alternatives and answers - she is strictly by the book - sadly a flowchart is more important than the patient.
