Very disorganized staff. When I first called, woman who finally answered phone would not even tell me name of doctor. Second call, man who answered hesitated to give doctor name. No one would tell me what the estimated cost of an initial exam would be. Lacking in basic customer care. Lacking in basic professionalism. Would NOT recommend.

Dr. Lentz is always so nice and so willing to help. The staff are always very helpful and everyone is very nice. I definitely recommend them! I have made all my family members come here (:

I have been seeing Dr. Lentz since 2004 and absolutely love the care and service he provides to me. He is always very professional and friendly and I haven't experienced any errors. I have had glasses since I was 8 years old and contacts since I was 14 so I have seen quite a few optometrists and I think he is great! He is currently helping me find a good ophthalmologist for muscle problems in my eye and I trust his judgement very much.

Dr. Lentz gave me the wrong prescription each year for (2) years. The last daily contacts he prescribed weren't able to account for cataracts which resulted in me using several contacts a day in the one eye resulting in a complete waste of money (the daily contacts cost $1 each). After visiting a different Optometrist I was informed that the manufacturer of the contact lenses Dr. Lentz prescribed doesn't manufacture lenses for eyes with cataract issues. When I went into his office to discuss the issue a woman at the counter who said she was his wife was very rude. Too bad for them. I'll take my money elsewhere.
