Dr. McCormick extracted a severely infected molar in the back of my mouth (top row of teeth) in addition to doing "socket repair" or something of like, in addition to other stuff; she made sure to go over the best case and worst case scenarios since x-rays do not show everything. At any rate, she took more than enough time explaining every step to myself and my mom and made it very clear that if I had any questions or concerns, to go ahead and ask away. Dr. McCormick's staff is very pleasant and they both told me more than once how much they enjoy their job and working for Dr. McCormick - it was obvious they were being sincere. In fact, the young man said to me while I was waking up, that he's "learning from the best." My tooth extraction was a bit last minute and rushed, however, they were accommodating every step of the way - the level of care was top notch and I would recommend Dr. McCormick to ANYONE I know.
