Dr. Kong is excellent. The office manager is abrasive and rude. I will not be returning because of her.

RJN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! This doctor and his staff, except the office manager, are unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend anyone to this place.

This was my first experience with this office . When I had to cancel my appointment (because I found someone else who could get me in right away) I assumed I would be getting the $100 back that they make you put down just for making an appointment because I was not told otherwise, & never had to do that before. I was canceling with 2wks notice so I feel I should be reimbursed that money. When I asked about all this the person I spoke with was rude, had no compassion, & was overall unprofessional.She made me feel stupid for thinking I would get my money back touting that this was normal when again I had never had that experience before in my 50 yrs with another medical establishment.They seem to care more about $ than patient care!

Dr. Kong's office is calm and reassuring. I really felt like I was in good hands from the staff through Dr. Kong himself.

I paid cash up front...in total, as I am self employed, and have A LARGE deductible...they sent bill to insurance, when, some how they paid the claim...it took MANY MANY months, and the STATE GETTING INVOLVED FOR THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY...
