Dr. Campbell is wonderful and his staff is the best accept for the receptionist, my experience I just had with her is enough to make me completely stop taking my child there. I am polite and kind & expect the same. I called to reschedule my child's app. & was explaining briefly why cause frankly I just wanted them to know the circumstances & not think I was just being an inconvenience & she rudely cut me off and it seriously made me mad enough that the more I think about it I am just going to take my daughter else where, I don't have to be treated that rude. I've taken my child there for 12 yrs and that just flat out pissed me off. I love the Dr. and all the girls in the back, my child loves it there, but that one woman up front has ran a good client off & I'm sure I'm not the first or the last. I use my manners and politeness and I will not tolerate her being that rude. It's a shame to have employees who offend clients so bad they don't even want to come back.
