Get her on a good day, she is wonderful. She is moody and seems to take it out on patients.

The doctor is ok. Seems inpatient at time. Her staff is really rude.

Office staff is mean. I missed a copay and they threatened not to see me unless I payed them in cash and then $15 on top of that. This was all for a $5 co-pay. No sign up until after this. Like Doctor. Think people in the office need to be nicer.

Office staff is a little sarcastic and rude. No trouble getting appointment and waiting room is empty. Dr. is ok, depends what day of the week you get her. Seen her a dozen times and she is never the same.

She is a wonderful doctor! She is very smart and has a warm personality. Will not only spend time going over your medical conditions but will also ask about family/work/etc. After moving out of Hamilton I still drive a decent distance because I refuse to give her up as my doctor! Maria is another wonderful lady there. However, the lady at the front desk may seem sarcastic/unfriendly at times but she does keep everything in order and is very knowledgeable on insurance policies, etc...
