I don't think she is really that friendly or personable. I know doctors are suppose to be efficient and at times can be busy but she was really short about the condition I had. Since it was my first visit seeing her, she could have taken more time to explain what it was. She comes across very arrogant as well.

The office was friendly. Dr. Miles listens. She is knowledgeable and has a great bed side manner.

Treatment was wrong. She give general information about hair condition, give injections, and cost was very expensive, no follow-up calls either.
