I did not have a good experience here, though Mr Turkowitz seems to be a nice man, and his assistant was charming. But the fairly simple procedure he carried out went wrong, twice, so I had to make multiple visits. No refund was given, despite the inconvenience, and cost. In fairness the ranking system above doesn't really reflect the problems I encountered, since they were generally friendly, helpful, not particularly punctual. The missing rating is for quality of work! That sadly was poor. Perhaps I was unlucky, but I certainly won't be returning.
