This has been a nightmare. My wife was referred to this office by her dentist after her normal exam showed problems with an old root canal. We were not told they were not listed with our insurance. Would be out of network. Then I get a bill for $108 as insurance won't cover anything. The code they use is the same code the dentist uses. Huh? There must be a different code? Nope I owe the full amount now. So turn in to the BBB in search of solution. They refuse to do anything. Called MetLife Federal Dental. Oh they need to use the code for Specialty Consultation those are unlimited. Could you please call them? Certainly... Well I spoke to Heather and she will not bill to any other code. I refuse to pay this bill when they are the ones messing it up. At this point I won't even pay for my deductible. Waste of my time in trying to deal with these people. I would imagine there is a State Dental Board of some type. Letter will be sent soon.

I have extreme dental anxiety and just had a root canal with Dr. Xia who made me incredibly comfortable and gave me a few lessons!! Best dental experience in my life! Thank you Dr. Xia and staff!

If there are any complications after your root canal or if it doesn't fix the problem, don't expect him to care. Once you pay, the caring ends.
