Been come here for years.won't go any other place. Staff is excellent. Very professional. Greatest bedside manner. All family. Would and have recommended people to this practice.

Dr. Jossan is the most professional, best bedside manner of any Dr. I have ever had (and I have had several). I would highly recommend him for any problem you have with your hand. He is very cautious and surgery is always a last resort. I trust him with my life and will definitely keep him as my Dr. As long as I am in the area.

This is a wonderful practice. I have only the most positive comments to make...everyone from Dr.J. and Dakota to the nurses and office staff are totally responsive and supportive in every way. Hope I don't need to come in for another accident, but if I do have that need, this will be the first place I'll head to!!

The whole procedure at Fair Oaks Surgical Center was excellent. Both the check-in and surgical staff were professional and caring. I highly recommend the center to others. Also, Dr. Jossan did a great job on my hand.

Had my meniscus repaired. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. They worked with me on the surgery dates and I was in no pain and was up walking around 2 days after surgery! Amazing!

I have been seen on four different occasions for a hand injury by Dr Jossan or his P.A. Melinda Turkington. Each and every time I have received nothing but the very best in medical treatment and professional courtesy. I could not expect to receive better treatment by the attending physician or their staff.

Dr. Jossan whistled and made snapping noses as if he was bored when I was telling him my medical history, very bad bed-side manner. He did not give any useful advice to ease my pain, other than to take pain killers (which I was already) and start physical therapy (also, already doing). He is the kind of doctor you hear good things about and then you meet him and figure you wasted your time. I am NOT happy with his expertise, of lack thereof. Give someone else your time and money.

Extremely friendly and EFFICIENT office staff and processes. Appt. is always on time. Dr. Jossan is very personable and takes as much time as necessary to answer your questions. (What a family doctor used to be!) 3-time winner of Washingtons "Best Docs" Award and it is easy to see why.

Performed surgery on my daughter's wrist/forearm. So far so good. Very nice, courteous, patient. NO YELLING. Answers all questions-no problem. Don't recall ever having to wait for him too long, but if a doctor is busy,that probably means that they are good and in high demand. Courteous staff.
