Does not listen to concerns. Forgets things that he told you and then accuses you of not listening. Because he forgets what was said or not told you, he immediately concludes that there is a bad relationship because he accuses you of not listening. When you corrects him of what really happens, he accuses you of not listening.

As always, my visit to this practice was excellent. I have seen both Dr Jossan and Dr Gardner for many years as "older" age impedes my mobility (arthritis). I am beyond pleased with my care and I completely trust the diagnosis and treatments recommended. (Even when the recommendation is for thumb joint replacement -such a long, uncomfortable, debilitating surgery!) Thank you all for your competency and compassion. I have recommended this practice to many people without hesitation.

Staff and nurse were outstanding and I felt confident that everything would go well. Recovery was good and the operation on carpel tunnel performed by the Doctor Jossan was successful.The facility at Fair Oaks was excellent.

Dr. Jossan's personality and knowledge makes him the only doctor I will see at the practice. I have had two left index finger surgeries with him at Fair Oaks and the staff there is amazing. Their knowledge, skill, and demeanor are by far above level. I have never experienced any bad reactions and after care procedures have always been dead on from both Dr. Jossan and the hospital staff.
